Do I have to cancel DoorDash or Uber Eats to use commission-free online ordering?

No. Direct online ordering runs alongside the delivery apps, not instead of them. Most restaurants keep the apps for discovery and steer their regulars to direct ordering, where the restaurant pays a flat 99 cents per order instead of a percentage commission.

Why would my customers switch from DoorDash to ordering direct?

Because it is cheaper for them. Restaurants usually raise menu prices on delivery apps to cover the commission, so regulars pay more than the actual menu price without realizing it. Ordering direct lets them pay the real menu price. A note on the receipt, a table tent, a link in your social bio, or a small first-order discount is usually enough to move regulars over.

Who handles delivery problems with direct online ordering?

Delivery is fulfilled by the DoorDash driver network, so driver issues are handled through that delivery network the same way they are on the app side. Warehouse 13 Media manages the ordering system, menu, and customer communications, so there is a single point of contact for the restaurant.

What does commission-free online ordering cost per order?

99 cents flat per order, with no percentage commission regardless of ticket size. Delivery is billed separately at $7 flat within a 5-mile radius and $1 per mile beyond that. Setup is $499 one-time and management is $249 per month.

Does restaurant online ordering work with Clover and Toast?

Yes. The system integrates with Clover, Toast, and other major POS and online ordering platforms. POS platform fees from Clover, Toast, or Lightspeed are separate and paid to those providers.

Who owns the customer list with direct online ordering?

The restaurant does. When a customer orders through a third-party delivery app, that customer belongs to the app and the restaurant cannot email or text them. Direct orders build a customer list the restaurant owns and can market to.

Is there a long-term contract for restaurant online ordering?

No long-term contract on the monthly plan. It can be cancelled with 30 days notice. The $499 is a one-time flat price.

What areas do you serve?

We serve small businesses in the Oklahoma City metro area (OKC, Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Mustang, Midwest City, Del City, Bethany, and more) and the greater Seattle/Puget Sound region (Seattle, Shoreline, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Kenmore, Lynnwood, Renton, Burien, and more).

How long does it take to build my website?

Most websites are completed within 7-14 business days after we receive your content, images, and approvals. More complex projects like eCommerce sites may take 4-8 weeks.

Do I need to provide content and images?

You can provide your own content and photos, or we can help you create professional copy and source stock imagery as part of your package. Just let us know what you need.

Will my website work on mobile phones?

Yes - every website we build is fully mobile-responsive and optimized for smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.

What is included in the one-time flat price?

The one-time flat price covers the design, development, and launch of your website. This includes your custom design, mobile responsiveness, basic SEO setup, contact form, and first-year domain registration (where applicable).

What is the Website Care Plan (WCP)?

The Website Care Plan is a monthly subscription that keeps your site secure and up to date. It includes hosting, SSL certificate, security monitoring, backups, software updates, and priority support. Plans start at $19/mo for Launch and scale up.

What is the Website Essentials Plan (WEP)?

The WEP is an optional $99/mo add-on available to Thrive and above clients. It includes local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, 2 daily social media posts across 2 platforms, and basic ad management.

Do you offer ongoing marketing services?

Yes. Beyond your website, we offer standalone Social Media Management, SEO / AI (AEO) plans, and Creator Content plans. Basic local SEO, Google Business Profile, and social posting are also available in the Website Essentials Plan (WEP) at $99/mo.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your website package or add-on plans at any time. Just contact us and we'll walk you through your options.

There is no long-term contract for monthly care plans - you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. The website price is a one-time flat charge. See our Service Contract page for full terms.

How is the Restaurant Plan different from a regular website?

The Restaurant Plan is a full-service digital management solution - not just a website. It includes setup and maintenance of your online ordering system, digital menu management with photos, loyalty customer marketing, review management, and social media posting. It's a done-for-you service.

Do you charge a commission on orders?

No. Unlike DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats, we never take a commission on your orders. You pay a flat $499 one-time price and $249/mo - that's it.

Which online ordering platforms do you support?

We work with Toast, Clover, OpenTable, and other major POS and ordering systems. Contact us to discuss which platform is right for your restaurant.

Will my website rank on Google?

All of our websites include basic on-page SEO setup. For more competitive local rankings in Oklahoma City or Seattle, we recommend the Website Essentials Plan (WEP) at $99/mo, or our standalone SEO / AI (AEO) plans, which include ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and more.

Do you manage Google Ads or Facebook Ads?

Yes - ad management is included in the Website Essentials Plan (basic), and available in our Social Media Management plans. This covers campaign setup, targeting, copywriting, and monthly performance reporting.

What social media platforms do you post on?

We post across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms relevant to your business. The WEP covers 2 platforms with 2 daily posts, while our Social Media Management plans cover a broader multi-platform approach with more content.

Who hosts my website?

We handle all hosting as part of your Website Care Plan. You don't need to set up or manage any hosting - we take care of everything.

Will I own my website?

Yes. Once your website is built and your one-time flat price is paid, you own your website and its content. We retain the right to showcase it in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

What happens if I cancel my care plan?

If you cancel your monthly care plan, your website will remain live for 30 days. After that, hosting and SSL coverage will end. We'll provide you with a full backup of your site files upon request.

Can you update my existing website?

Yes. If you already have a website and just need updates, redesign, or digital marketing services, contact us for a custom quote.

How long does it take to rank on Google?

SEO is a long-term strategy. Most new websites begin appearing in local search results within 4-12 weeks. Reaching competitive top positions typically takes 3-6 months of consistent effort. Our WEP and standalone SEO plans provide ongoing SEO to accelerate this.

What is local SEO and why does it matter?

Local SEO helps your business appear in Google searches when people near you search for your services - for example, 'web design Oklahoma City' or 'pizza restaurant Seattle.' It includes optimizing your Google Business Profile, building local citations, and targeting location-specific keywords.

Do you set up Google Business Profile?

Yes - Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization is included in the Website Essentials Plan (WEP). We claim, verify, and fully optimize your GBP listing to improve local search visibility and map rankings.

Can you help me rank in both Oklahoma City and Seattle?

Yes. We have experience with multi-location SEO and can optimize your site and content strategy to target both markets simultaneously.
